Using our Services
The following License and Terms of Service Agreement ("Terms" or the "Agreement") for the QR & Barcode Scanner Team (hereinafter as the "Company", "QR & Barcode Scanner", "our", "we" or "us") is a legal contract between you, an individual subscriber (you, your), and QR & Barcode Scanner Team regarding your use of QR & Barcode Scanner. (the "Service")
By installing or using the Software in any manner, including, but not limited to, viewing or posting Content to the Services or clicking on the links provided by the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1.Accept. Please read carefully the statements, warranties, conditions, contracts and agreements set forth in this End User License Agreement (the "Agreement" ) as they contain the legal terms governing your use of QR & Barcode Scanner ( "Company", "QR & Barcode Scanner", "our", "we" or "us" telecommunications services are referred to as "services" and applications. (as defined below) This Agreement is a binding contract between you ("you", "your" or "user" ) and QR & Barcode Scanner, which explains Your rights and obligations when using the App and Services. In this Agreement, "Application" means a software application distributed by QR & Barcode Scanner for your device (as defined below) to access the Service, and any future version, Improvement, development, programming fixes, updates and upgrades; and "devices" means mobile phones, smart phones, mobile phones, tablets.
2.Click on "Agree to Terms of Use and Privacy Policy" as part of the APP's installation process. You (the User) acknowledge, accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement, and use the App with the APP at the same time. If you do not click on the "Agree to Terms of Use and Privacy Policy", you should reflect that you do not agree to this Agreement and you will not be able to access the application or service.
Our privacy policies explain how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our Services. By using our Services, you agree that we can use such data in accordance with our privacy policies.
We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement and terminate accounts of repeat infringers according to the process set out in the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
3.Modification. QR & Barcode Scanner reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time by publishing the revised Agreement on the QR & Barcode Scanner website. The revised Agreement shall become effective within thirty (30) days of such publication, unless You expressly accept the revised Agreement earlier by clicking on the accept button (if this option is made available). Your express acceptance or Your continued use of the Services after expiry of the notice period of thirty (30) days, shall constitute Your acceptance to be bound by the terms and conditions of the revised Agreement. However, changes addressing new functions for a Service or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. If you do not agree to the modified terms for a Service, you should discontinue your use of that Service.
Restrictions of Use
1.Use, or export the Software in violation of applicable U.S. laws or regulations.
2.Use the Software in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms;
3.Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to discover source code or the underlying services or applications. Or algorithm;
4.Modify, translate or create derivative works based on the Service or Application;
5.lease, lease, distribute, license, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer or otherwise commercially exploit the Services or Applications, Or provide services or applications to third parties without exceeding the limits of this Agreement;
6.Use the Services or Applications for time-sharing or service bureau purposes or otherwise for the benefit of third parties;
7.There will be no Messages (a) create any link or image service or application that contains or has access to any content in the application or application; Violation of any applicable local, state, federal or foreign laws, treaties, or regulations relating to your use of the Services or Applications Conventions, which may include, but are not limited to, personal information protection and the Canadian Electronic Document Act (Canada) and similar provincial legislation as well as other laws applicable to your privacy, publicity, data protection, electronic communications and anti-spam laws.
This license terminates automatically if you violate any of the Terms. We reserve the right at all times (but will not have an obligation) to remove any Content posted by you through the Services and to suspend or terminate your account without liability to you.
Your access to and use of the Services or any Content is at your own risk. You understand and agree that the Services is provided to you on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
Company Entities make no warranty and disclaim all responsibility and liability for:
1.QR & Barcode Scanner further does not represent or warrant that the Service or Application is always available, accessible, uninterrupted, timely, secure, accurate, complete and error-free or will operate without packet loss, nor will it guarantee any connection or transmission from Internet, or any quality communication conducted through the service.
2.Any harm to your computer system, loss of data, or other harm that results from your access to or use of the Services, or any Content;
3.QR & Barcode Scanner makes no warranties, representations, conditions or representations of the Services, including but not limited to APP, whether Express or implied, including but not limited to quality, performance, non-infringement warranties or conditions, for merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
4.The deletion of, or the failure to store or to transmit, any Content and other communications maintained by the Services;
5.whether the Services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from Company Entities or through the Services, will create any warranty not expressly made herein.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept any responsibility, including deletion, failure to store, error sending, or failure to provide any information or materials, including but not limited to any of your content. We are not responsible for any harm caused by downloading or accessing any content through the service or application. By using a service or application, you acknowledge and agree that the use of the Service for technical processing and information transfer may involve the transmission of various networks and changes to accommodate and adapt to the technical requirements of the connected network or device.
Intellectual property
All copyrights in the text, images, photos, graphics, user interfaces and other content provided in the application, as well as the selection, coordination and arrangement of such content, are owned by QR Scanner & Barcode Reader or its applicable third party licensors. The maximum scope of the copyright law.
Termination
You may terminate this Agreement at any time and take effect immediately. If we believe that you have violated this Agreement, it creates a problem, legal liability (actual or potential), infringement of the intellectual property rights of others, engaging in fraud, unethical or illegal activities, or for other similar reasons. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimer, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Consequences of termination
Upon termination of this Agreement: (a) all licenses and rights to use the App and Services shall terminate immediately; (b) You will immediately cease any and all use of the App and Services; (c) You will immediately receive from your device And remove the application from all copies of the application you own or control.
We recommend that you carefully check the updated content every time; when you continue to use our products or services, we shall always assume that you agree to the terms and conditions that are effective at the most present time.
